Default 500 efi dies after gets up to operating temp

Boat is a 36 Outlaw and first I was having issues under acceleration. Starboard engine would pop until I would get on plane. Once up on plane would run pretty good(slight decrease in power). I initially went into this thinking I just needed a tune up so I replaced plugs, wires , cap, rotor and fuel filters. Still issues. Took it to the marina by my house and found we had low fuel pressure and after they changed the fuel pump(still low pressure) ended up being the regulator on the backside of the fuel pump. I left thinking everything was fine and after it gets up to operating temp the motor sounds like its starving for air(hatch up, blowers on the whole time) and then dies. After about 3-4 restarts I can get it to clear up and take off. I swapped temp sensor, iac valve, map sensor, iap, coolant sensor and water temp sensor with the other motor and still the same issues. Any ideas where else too look? I also sprayed around the intake area with carb cleaner(I know this isn't safe) to see if I could find a leak there and found nothing.
Thanks
