Default oil change question

I have a z 25 Donzi with a newly rebuilt 502 Gen 6 .Checked compression and 130+ on all but 3&5 , found blown head gasket rebuilt top end and found alot of milky oil on windage tray and in heads and some on the top of the valve covers ,but not in the oil pan.Is this just normal condensation? ,We have the boat in the sun , on a trailer under a cover ,Sunbrella, and have had alot of rain this spring. Also where can I get a 12 volt pump to pump oil out of the engine.

The pump is easy. Order on line from Boating supply outlets. West Marine or any others will have. Ski boat dealers, etc.
The rest is beyond me.

I've been told it only takes about a tablespoon of water to turn it to a shake....that being said....last time I had a milk shake in my engine I was told to disconnect the ignition system completely...and fill the motor with kerosene and turn it over with the starter to make sure it gets in all the nooks and crannies......dump it out, fill it again with kerosene, crank it over...dump it out and fill with fresh oil and run it and make sure to fully warm it up....water boils off at 212* so you need a FULLY warmed up motor...
