Hey guys, been looking around for a new boat for the bay down the shore. I wanted to get something around 23ft, but I've been offered this boat at a killer deal. It's garage kept, fresh water only which is a big plus for me as its an older boat. how do these older baja's run and ride? It's kinda smaller, but I'm okay with that. It's got a 5.7 alpha combo with a 21 pitch stainless on it. Any idea on the top speed? just wonder how this boat is vs my old maxum.
Any help would be great thanks guys.

My first boat was a 1996 180 Islander with a 4.3L V6. It was a great little boat that handled rough water pretty good for it's size. Mine was easy to work on and seemed well built. You should see close to 60 mph I would think with a 5.7L... with a labbed prop, mine went mid-50's pretty easy. I miss my 180 a lot.... mostly at the gas pump.
