Angry Fed Ex bites...

I got my Hering 5 blade props today, just in time for the Phila Poker Run this weekend. Take it out of the double box, foam insulated and much to my surprise the one blade is bent. Upon closer inspection the box has a cut in it like someone dropped it from the airplane. So back to Washington with the prop to have it repaired. I guess it is a sign, maybe I was not meant to run my new props in the Delaware anyway..... zSorry, had to vent.

They all suck. I had a 32,000 buck plasma screen delivered to me by them with a hole in the middle of the box!!! Thank god I was there to deny the package (sometimes they leave it at the bottom of the hill) I made the guy waite while I opened the box and the screen had a hole in it. Best I can tell they put a fork lift blade into it!!! I never found out what happend with that but I had them load it back on the truck and said send another please!!!!

UPS denyed the claim on my lower unit that they dropped. Said that the skeg sticking out the side of the box was a sign that it wasn't packaged well enough. It told them that it was packed well enough but that the flattened box prooved that they had dropped it. She shrugger her shoulders. *itch.

Sorry to hear about your prop Dan . It may be a sign ! YOU just MAY incounter some obstickles in the river ! How is the boat doing ? My motors would be done if "UPS" would show up on time ! They are all the same ! They all suck ! I overnighted my parts .....They showed up at 6:15 PM just as I had given up and was leaving ! Then half the parts were missing ,and half of what was there was wrong !!!!!!!

Good luck to you . Can't wait to meet up on the water and check out your boat . JOE
