just pulled the heads on my 525 efi 2003 .ready to drop the dist back in can anyone tell me where top dead is on this ??.i know # 1 on comp stroke but what position will the dist be in .really not a dist as it has coil packs but im sure their is a mark where it needs to be
its basically a crank trigger system and i have no books or info on it
also how do you set timing on this as well thanks

Send me a pic of the reluctor wheel, pretty sure you just have to drop it in at one point and do a cam crank sync

When I had my distributors out of my 525 there was something specific but very simple that had to be done. I don't remember what it was but give OP a call, they got me on the right track.
