Fountain interiors

Does anyone know the secret to removing interior panels on the 38s. Especially 38sc rear armrest/step in?

crawl under the side panel there are thru bolts under there .

Interior

I have the fountain circle that comes off and provides access to most of the screws. There are a few though that are high and more than any arms length away....
