I am considering having them do some upgrades to my Ilmors and they are about the only shop out there that claims to have any experience upgrading viper motors.

Check the viper forums. The top guy is out of California but I don't believe it's the one you mentioned.

The gentleman that owns Boostpower is Alexi Shenigan (sp?). I think he's pretty well regarded by most and has a good reputation. I know he does a lot of motors for Cali/Havasu boats (drag boats, v drives, etc). I bought a 38' Scarab that belonged to him that he rigged, and everything on it was beautiful.

Boostpower has done all of the maintenance/upgrades to my engines and outdrives. Alexi and the guys over there are top notch!
