they even have a Race series on the Island and put on about 3-4 races a year

Benny Jr, that comes on here can also help as he works with the Puerto Rico Offshore racing group so he will know a lot of the power boaters there

I am not one yet but I am working on it. Plan on having a boat in Fajardo, PR. Love it down there.
