Extreme is a 135 mph bracketted Class. If you go over 135 mph, it means you are DQ'd hence the last place position.

I was told in class 5 the checkered flag was out and Pushing Tin then pulled into the infield with a very big lead. Later he was told that he didn't do enough laps. How is that possible if the flag is out? If the checkered is flying you HAVE to stop and the rest of the class gets scored on there position when they pass the start finish boat on that same lap. Am I missing something????

Actually what smitty said was because of multiple classes in one race, don't get confused by the wrong checkered flag and stop early. There was no confusion, pushin tin was the only boat near the start finish when the checkered flag came out and was given the flag and win. Isn't a checkered flag the same as a red flag???the race is stopped or over?
Pushin Tin has not missed a race 2 seasons and its not for the points or money, we enjoy it. We are going to chaulk this up as a learning experience, no hard feelings, and head for Long Island. We expect to see those Michigan boats there, should be some great racing!
