It's a little late notice but we are jumping ship off Smith this weekend and trailering to Guntersville. I grew fishing there ocassionally but never any recreational boating other than driving straight through to Nooga. Any ideas on cove's where people hang out or restaurants to hang out at? I heard they were doing some electrical line work up river close to the lock. Can you still get through the lock if we decided to keep going to Nooga?
