recommendations for spark plugs ?

I think the new Merc recommendation for the HP500EFI is the same as your 502 Mag EFI, but I could be wrong. NGK BR6FS.
Call Offshore-Performance.com and ask for John to check it out for you. They have the plugs there; (I just bought and installed 8 this weekend from them, and a cap/rotor with the new brass conductors).

Tony, also see my post on the Tech Section. As far as length of use is concerned; I ran all last season on the same set of plugs, about 60 hours or so. Now, I am going to check things more closely. The BR6ES are not expensive either. Boaters World has them today just over $2 bucks a piece. I paid over $35 for 8 of the AC Delcos that I just put in at the beginning of this season.
