Proud of my Racing Family
Sorry it has taken so long to write this letter. I am so very proud of my fellow racers and fans that helped us with "Team Timmy". I don't know what to say but "THANKS" for all of your support with this, which this is something that I hold very close to me.
Just a brief message about Team Timmy, Team Timmy is a foundation that helps children with cancer. There are 6 of them right here in the St.Clair County area with a life threating cancer, which they will not see their 15th birthday. Augie, you remember little Timmy Larson, this was one of the little boys that Ed had taken for a ride in his race boat back in 2007. Well in 2008 Little Timmy had lost his battle with cancer, so his parents, Tim & Diane Larson and Kristi Rycerz have started Team Timmy to help out other families in need, so that the parents could spend the last few days they have with their children instead of worring about how to pays bills or sorry we can not afford to take this one last fishing trip.
Team Timmy puts together care packagesin camo tote bags and then takes them to the Hospitals and in the tote bags are toiletries and other items that helps make it through their hospital stay for the parents and for the children they include; coloring books; crayons; small toy and most importantly a fishing pole. Why a fishing pole you ask, because during Timmy's 2 year battle with cancer Timmy found that fishing helped him relax and forget about his problems just for a little while, so Timmy believed that every child should go fishing once in their lives.
I would also like to give a special Thanks to Bill & Cheryl Jarvis, Rosanne, Mark Small and Julie for their dedication towards this fundraiser. We raised over $23,700 which will help alot towards these families.
So again Thank's Everyone who has made this possible!!!!!

I'm not Ed but yes you can still donate to Team Timmy and here's how;
Make the Check Payable to Team Timmy and then send it to this address
Diane Larson
13902 Weeks Drive
Greenville, MI 48838
Team Timmy is an 501c3 Non-Profit Foundation, so if you need a receipt please ask and enclose your return address so that you can write this off on your taxes
