ive got a pair of smallblocks in my cigarette and they have big block oil pumps on them and i need to replace one and the pickup tube was welded all the way around so i cant get it off, i dont know what pans these are so im having a hard time finding the pickup, they are obviosly big block pickups just dont know which ones.

I would measure depth from center of pickup tube and the overall depth of pan. Then make a phone call or two. Although that looks like a b+b pickup to me. The old printed catalogs had depth of pan for pump applications listed. Shouldn't be a big deal.
