Default Merc Racing Valve covers Clear Stud Girdles????

Just like the title states. Will the "Blue" factory Mercury Racing valve covers clear my crane roller rockers and Crane Stud Girdles? Would like to know before buying. I'm currently running Dart Style cast aluminum but also running stelling headers and original owner/builder notched and ground down the valve covers to clear. (Car/truck style) I'd like a little more "clearance". Thanks for any input!

no they won't, just went through this few months ago. had to get new valve covers... and depending what exhaust your using you might have to get the angled valve covers for clearance, that what I had to do, using cmi exhaust and there a close fit...

Tcwca, nice pics! I kinda figured I would have to go this route. Looks like I'm selling my dart valve covers and getting a set of these! Thanks for the replies guys!
I'm also running Stellings. This is before I went through it. My stuff is never this dirty!

Thanks for the offer but as you can see in my last pic room is definitely limited. I may just keep what I have because it worked before and didn't leak but just looking for something different I suppose.

I would like to get some clear or smoked valve covers so I could see all that money functioning but nobody makes anything like that as far as I know. Randy
