Default Windsong II, Baja 36 Outlaw: Looking for information

Hello,
I am considering buying a 36´ Baja Outlaw named "Windsong II". The transom also reads "Shore Acres, NJ". I find old ads on the boat from Florida (Dunedin and Punta Gorda), but now the boat is in Europe, in a country close to where I live. Does anyone know anything about the boat?
One thing that puzzles me is that it has a plastic swim platform, unlike the typical Outlaw tubular steel platforms typical for the Outlaw series... The seller claims that the boat has only been in freshwater since new. (Don't they all?)
All type of information is appreciated!

If the boat came from Shore Acres NJ, it is HIGHLY unlikely that it is a freshwater boat. Also, I have no idea how long the boat has been in Europe, but if its only been a few months, proceed cautiously. Shore Acres got hit VERY hard by Hurricane Sandy, and quite a few boats sunk on the trailer there.

Also if it has ads in Dunedin it not a fresh water boat.

Dunedin is here next to Clearwater. We are on the Gulf with not a single lake near by at all.

betting its a scam ad

Thank you for your replies! The hurricane might explain why there's a plastic swim platform on the boat instead of the tubular steel platform which is standard on all Outlaws. (I'm thinking that maybe the transom was damaged so badly that the swim platform was demolished and they rebuilt the whole stern using a cheaper universal fit plastic platform instead of the real (probably more expensive) one... Who knows?
