Default Lakefront acreage in Michigan

I'm hoping to find some acreage/ large lot around the Manistee -- traverse area in north western michigan. I'd prefer bare lot/land, but if the deal was right I'd be interested in existing cottage. Anybody know of any that is on a body of water that is water sport open and hopefully be able to dock boat in back yard? Ability to access Lake Michigan would be ideal....
What are the best Lakes to look at in the area for this? It would end up being a year round cottage -- water sports/ boating and snowmobiling/ skiing in the winter.

Thanks
Dave

You cannot access Lake Michigan from Torch by water.

Here you go, 5 acres on the lake! Place sure has some history to it!

Just on the wrong side of the lake for you!

Part of your search should include what you need besides the lakefront. If you need a city nearby that doesn't shut down once the leafs fall you choices narrow considerably.
