Awesome speed numbers, glad to see another new OL model but the price seems out of line......

If a 36 is 400K- mid 400s++ but the 29 is sub 200K? 2 29's have the same amount of motors/drives, double the seats/hardware with an extra 22 ft of fiberglass for less money?

Is that a sit down or standup cockpit? I was under the impression the first 36's OL built was going to based on the SV just a slightly smaller model at a slightly cheaper price point.

Pretty sure SL has a cabin and is stand up. SV is sit down with much smaller cabin.

Michael,

It is a SL36 and is a stand up boat with a full cabin.

Never Understood, the whole "retail list"pricing thing and then the negotiated price can be miles off that figure!!

boat with 520 engine power will be in the low to middle $400,000 range. While the 36-footer will, like all Outerlimits models, be offered with a range of options, those options will be more limited than they are with the company's larger offerings.

"The 36 is a bit of a change in direction for Outerlimits—it's a high-end custom boat that is fairly standardized," said Mike Fiore, the founder and owner of Outerlimits. "We realize that to expand our market share we need to develop some products that are not just for the uber-rich or extremely wealthy. We want to try to reach a much broader audience as the economy improves and people have more money. The 36 is the first 'semi-production' boat for us.
Puts things in perspective anyway.

Thx, I was hoping for a smaller version of your Dad's boat.
