Default Engine oil coolers

I need a bigger oil cooler for my boat. The stock Mercruiser oil cooler can't keep up when I get on the throttle hard.
I need one that can handle at least 800 HP ( I may increase from what I have now )
Where is the best place to buy one?
I can get flat plate heat exchangers wholesale. Has anyone tried one of those?

When you get on it hard, what do your temps get up to?

This one should work!
