Default 90 amp fuse

If the 90 amp starter fuse was blown would you still have power to the electrical fuel pump and hear the start solenoid click when turning the key to position - 09 mercruiser 383 stroker?

thanks in advance

It's possible if the breaker is allowing some current through, or if the voltage that is passing through is less than 12. May still be enough to energize systems that are not as sensitive to voltage.

Having said that, this should be easy to diagnose, although you may need a analog volt meter as the reset time on these circuit breakers seem to be very fast and a digital meter may not register fast enough depending on the cycle rate of the meter.
