Do you know of anyone looking for inside boat storage? We have heated space available in a newer building, sealed concrete floor and painted block walls. Unit is 25'x90' and the area available within the unit is ~13' x 50'. We are looking for someone wanting to store year around or willing to sublease their spot for the summer.

Unit is located 5 minutes from boat ramp off route 12 by Fox Lake,IL. Large paved parking lot for easy clean access.

Forklift available for moving your boat in/out if required. Refrigerator and TV for your viewing pleasure.

How much does it cost for the offseason?

We are full for the winter, but we have space available next spring for the summer.
