I happen to be researching 3 particular boats for the next phase in my offshore boating experience. All diesels, all wide bodies, all older, all not likely to have a top speed over 60 but all will have the necesseties for extended cruising (when i get done with them).

The three boats i am researching are the 41 cigarette express, aronow 39 cat, and the Harley 42 superstar.

Any thoughts or comments?

Any one know of any for sale in the market, preferably no power, attractibely priced. Most important is the hull's integrity. a nice cabin and cockpit are a plus.

When i sell my current ride i wanto to be ready to pull the trigger!

Saw a diesel Super Hawaii 40 for sale recently that looked pretty clean. Have to see if I can find where it was again.

can find an older Cary, they are very very nice boats.. I like the Harley if that list of three is your final choices
