There are only 3 stack options, key biscayne, which is ok but paying a toll every time you want to go boating blows but it is closer to Brickell key. Grove Harbor (where I keep mine) is good they don't do a good job maintaining the place but all the guys who work there are super nice and if you are nice to them they take great care of you and your boat, also 24 hr security and lots of cameras. The other option is Grove Key marina just south of Grove harbour, I have no personal experience with it but have heard poor reviews from other people who now keep their boats at Grove harbour. One of the best things about GH is the Fresh Market right behind it, always easy to pick up extra food and drinks right there as we always seem to need something.
Alan and his company recently won a bid to take over Grove Key marina, not sure how long that will take or when it will happen but they will have the whole place soon. If you go there or call you can speak to one of the girls in the office or Tony the manager to get set up with a spot, Alan is not there very often.
