Default Image of the Week, Part II: Formula Goes Under Cover

Powered by a pair of MerCruiser 8.2 Mag HO engines, the latest 370 SS from Formula Boats (shot yesterday in Miami) features a cool telescoping sun shade as part of the boat's new hardtop option. Check it out...

Formula really does build some very good-looking and functional boats. The Super Sport, and PC line I really like. I had the opportunity to meet and speak with one of the Porter's (forget which one) at the NYC boat show in the early 1990's, and I will always remember how cordial he was, engaging, and just an overall very nice guy. Something I will never forgot.

I really like that sunshade/retractable awning, simple idea that appears to be built-engineered well for that application.

No black spandex and gold chains. Just nice, honest, hard-working, down-to-earth good people the Porters are (and their employees, too). Never an issue dealing with them after three pre-owned Formulas.
