That's a 36 Outlaw race boat from the late 90's w/staggered motors
I'd guess it''s been off the water for a bit and I've seen it for sale once and a while for a few years.
Look at BBO and there's a thread about it from a few years ago in the Baja history forum.

Yes, I'd say it's extremely rare. As Kelly mentioned it's been sitting quite a while. One of them (I think there were two staggered rigged boats) was here in N. Texas for a long time. Interesting tho, would love to see what she'll do.

I must say that is really cool to see a Baja as an offshore race boat. I've never had seen anything quite like it.

A buddy of mine just ended up with it looks like on his FB, will be Lake Erie Baja now...
