That house/island was just featured on a tv program I watched last night. Totally self sufficient as far as power is concerned....

Hmmmm. Can I be "King" ? I wear the title President of a few corps so King sounds nice. LOL It would make a great OSO clubhouse I'm sure.

Do you take trades?
My house is better than new and certainly worth much more than market value.
Your island looks nice, but it's not for everyone.. I may be able to take it off your hands if you can reduce your price, substantially.
I also have a car I would like to trade, and a motorcycle....and a RV...
