Default KE mechanical vs electric fuel pump

Need some advice regarding my current build. Building a 600hp 496 Gen V with sea pump driven fuel pump. Already have a new replacement mercury mechanical pump on hand and was curious which route I should take. KE makes a high volume lower fuel pump housing with -8 fittings that's rated to 120GPH and 6-8psi or I could add a Mallory marine electric pump. From specs, it appears both will fulfill my fuel requirements but I'm more concerned with all out reliability. Motor will be turning 5,800RPM @ WOT. Thx!
