I can't tell you how many go-fast boats I've been on where the owner's wife or girlfriend didn't know how to operate the boat, yet had spent as many hours on it as the guy behind the wheel. That's nuts—everyone needs a competent co-driver.
But learning from or teaching to your "significant other," as anyone who's tried it can tell you, can be pretty rough.
If learning from a woman helps other women feel more comfortable, that's a good thing.

Bringing safe skills for women drivers means men will be battling for driving time! Just kidding! There are many women that would like to learn how to operate performance boats, this should help get them out there!
