Ok, so I've finally decided to rid my fever of its cabin rot and ended up pulling all decking, stringers and lower bulkheads (to tank). I would like to make only one order to us composites so was curious what some of the pros recommend for supplies?
I would grab anything pertaining to wood at lowes/Home Depot or my local lumber yard so I'm mainly just looking for non local stuff (micro balloons, bedding material, etc.)
Boat is a 1994 32 fever
I usually use vinyl-ester so looking for an approx needed
I currently have
10 yards of 50" 1708
10 yards of 50" 1.5 csm
5 yards of 38" 1708
10 lbs of 1/4" chopped fiber
5 lbs of 1/2" chopped fiber
Approx 2 gallons of cabosil
A 4"x1/2" fiberglass roller
A bunch of 4" 3/8" nap rollers
Some foam 4" rollers
20 1-1/2 chip brushes
25 1 quarts mixing tubs
10 5 quarts tubs
1 gallon acetone

I would start with two 5-gallon pails and go from there.
I think I used about 35 gallons when I redid everything front to back (stringers, bulkheads, floors, etc) on my 24. It seems to get used up pretty quick.
