Looks like an OK deal
I ran 139 mph with 17x37 Herrings at 6200rpm and 1050hp
Was thinking about some 39s. The boat has run 161mph before at 1300hp and I don't know what props (before I bought it)

Honestly, I would recommend a thicker cut propeller for your 40' Skater. Probably a set of "Pro Finish" 16.5" x 39P, 18° rake, 1200hp cut, 5 blades.
