I am leaking serious water into my extension box and assume it is the cover gasket, but I am not sure how that much water could get past the gasket.
I have changed the bellows boot on the drive and shifter boot. I called Stellings today and learned they no longer have gaskets.
Does anyone know where I can buy them?
Thanks!

No, never. I use clear silicone from Home Depot. The black or blue silicone from auto stores might be too strong. When I put mine on I drilled and tapped the bottom by the transom for a 1/2 NPT pipe plug. I pull regularly to ensure they arent leaking. Had a shift cable boot go bad once and it kept filling the box with water - it ruined the bearing. So I drilled and tap'ed for the plug so I can check every so often and make sure there isnt water. I also took 15 inch grease gun hoses screwed into the carrier zerk & drilled/taped the thick part of the door and put a zerk for the carrier bearing fitting on the outside so you dont have to take the covers off anymore. After you take it off one time the silicone stays and you literally need a VERY VERY small amount as it sort of makes its own gasket. Also recommend using hex head stainless bolts with 2-3 washers under each bolt so you can tighten with a 1/2 in drive socket, more tight, more even.
