Bought a barely used Holley 4150 HP 850 marine carb with titanium jets and the goods from a friend. The post office dropped it and bent the heck out of the throttle linkage. All of the through shafts appear to be straight and there is no other damage, but the throttle linkage looks hammered. Should I bent it back using the two pliers method or Oder an entire baseplate from proform or holley? Here's a picture. Did I mention I despise USPS?! Top part of linkage is fairly bent as well.

This one appears to be bent at like 3 different angles! I'm a perfectionist so if I can't get it damn close I'm just going to buy a new base plate for it. If so would you go Proform, quickfuel...? Figure they are all the same regardless of marine vs street regarding throttle plates for mech secondaries.

Are you talking about the link bar between the primary and secondary's? If so they come bent like that from holly it's a progressive linkage. They sell a adjustable one if you want to change the rate that the secondary's open. They also sell strait ones and ones that open at 40% and 60%.
