Cost for a wooden dock?

I would like to have a 40' long dock. At the end to have an attached 24' wide by 8' deep section.
How much does a dock cost?
Who would be a good Pier Contractor in the Three Lakes, WI area?

to be honest you can do it yourself..wood dock? with the ice we get it will fall apart if not removed..i like floe docks..here is your choice..http://www.floeintl.com/docks/
