This setup is specifically designed for a stock 502mpi.
It was designed as a bolt on kit with modified ecu.
It works well with 91 octane.
My 22 tunnel went 92 with a bravo 1 1.5, 32 pitch.
It is rev limited at 5400.
Personally I think the vortech is a superior product.
Very reliable and rebuildable.
I am gong to a 565 with a larger vortech setup
I had 430 hours on this set up, meticulously maintained and still running strong.
I started to have blow by issues, so figured I would refresh the motor.
I came across some stuff at a good price, so I am going a different direction.
After tearing down my 502, I may regret my choice. The internals on my 502 are pristine!
I will be selling all of it as well, soon. Short block, long block, or parts.
Needs hone, rings, and bearings since apart. Head refresh as well.
Nothing hurt all looks like new!
