Sunsets, Island fish Co, keys fishery, are all good places for food/drinks on Marathon.
Irish Kevins is my favorite bar in key west, its usually the last place we go in key west since youll probably be headed to your hotel when you leave there

Hog Heaven is the best choice if you dont want to travel far. It usually doesnt get REALLY going until a little later at night, but when it does, its pretty good. They light up the canal that comes up to it so you can see all the fish swimming around. Its just north of Postcard Inn, before you cross Snake Creek. Smugglers Cove, which is right across the street from Hog Heaven, is decent too. They have a new tiki bar right down at the water, separate from the main bar/restaurant.

Marathon is about a 30 minute drive, but Sunset Grille and Lazy Days in Marathon are good also. Sunset Grille has a big bar outside by their pool which you are welcome to use while there. Both places are right before you get onto the 7-Mile bridge.
