We will be in Miami for a couple days before and after the Key West poker run. Was wondering if people had some ideas on where to boat to in and around Miami.

Also what/where is the best place to watch the races in key west from the water.

Watch from the water just past Sunset Key as the boats race out of the harbor. That will be the best spot as you can see the start and the other side as the boats re-enter the harbor.
