Just wanted to let everyone of the great experience I recently had w/ Concept Boats. I was in the market for a 22 (which I just ended up purchasing today). I had questions and contacted the factory and Luis- the owner- answered the phone. He took the time to answer my questions and offered to help me w/ what to look for in the boat. He invited me to call him as much as I needed (an offer I took him up on) and he was always patient and took the time to answer my questions. Luis and his staff run a professional operation and have been outstanding. Best of luck and continued success to them.

Good to hear. I was the guy that brought Concept to the Offshore Only forum back in 2003. I bought one in 2004 and Luis was in the old original factory then and in the process of moving to the current factory. He was always welcoming to me during the buying and build process. However delivery was a disaster due to dealer and Concept sales rep. Instead of taking care of me quickly they wanted to blame each other for all the deliver problems. Luis was ok to deal with as the boat had to go back to Concept and did get taken car of. I only kept the boat for a year and sold it due to more issues cropping up. I think my Concept was hurried through building and Luis wasn't at the old shop to monitor building because he was getting the new shop ready.

Anyway, it's great to see so many positives on Concept through out the years as Luis has been at this for a long time and for good reason. My situation could have been better dealt with and I fault the Concept sales rep for the unprofessional words and lack of action...however over all the owner controls this. Luis builds a great boat despite the issues I had. Enjoy your 22!
