Default Which Drive Should I Run?

Looks like i broke my new XR 1.50 ratio drive. Im running approximately 750-800 hp with a blown 502. Mirage trovare 257. What should i do? Can i beef up this XR or run something else. What will give me most reliabilty for the money? How about speed? Looking for advice.

Upgrade the drive for sure, but if you don't address the short inner strakes that thing is going to hit a speed wall and handle downright dangerous. The best person to contact regarding making your 257 fast and SAFE is "Thunderballs", Brad Wilson in Seattle. No disrespect, just there aren't very many Mirage guys here. PM me and I will give you his info.

I ran a ProCharged 720 HP and 727 TQ motor for 6 years on a B-Max without a single problem. It's the only way I would go.
