No sir I dont think so. I just moved to Annapolis area from Wilmington DE and Im 100 percent sure my old neighbor just bought that boat before I left. Nice boat

YEAH MAN, that was me with the old Checkmate on Middleboro rd. Took a job down here right outside Annapolis in Shady Side. Good luck with the new boat. Maybe we'll see you in the Northeast. We live 2 blocks from the bay now so probably wont be up there much.......
