Default Barry Grant Carburetors

I am going to replace my old crappy Holley Carbs on my small blocks and I am thinking about the Barry Grant Sea Demon Carbs. They make a 650cfm and 750cfm.I will be spinning the motors to about 6k rpm.Any suggestions on which one to get and any feedback on the Barry Grant carbs themselves. Thanks

never used them on a boat.
Was using bigger cfm's on a car %30 more consumption,
%10 more power.

you decide...

they produce the-best electrical fuel pumps , no comparison on this.
