28 pantera fact race boat , no power

1986 pantera race hull and deck , no power ...... .this boat was always a race boat and was raced with triple mercs , boat has flat transom so its easily converted to big block i.o power will run 90 mph with 750 hp . This boat has factory dash set-back , has steering helm and merc k-planes, includes 3 man bolster seat shell ( wood rough shape ) boat built without inner liner ( = lighter boat ) no cabin ( = lighter boat ) hang 2 outboards on transon or convert to i.o , your choice
convert to i.o and race class 5 opa !!!!
