Can anyone recommend a good quality winch to pull in my 382 fastech? Dry weight is 10500 #

I have an RC30 Powerwinch (purchased at Amazon). I use the included pulley which increases capacity but slows it down. It comes with a remote like a car keyfob so I can line up the boat to the trailer and slowly back the boat the last 10 or so feet as the wench reels the boat in (kind of wenching and semi floating the boat on the bunk trailer-if that makes any sense). Your boat is within the rating of the winch which is 11,500#. I've had mine two years and would buy it again.
