I have a bravo XR that lost a gear tooth. In the process it spun the steel tower in the threads. Is there a steel tower out there readily available with a longer thread, maybe 2 inches. The plan is to machine the threads down further in the case.

PM Mr Gadgets. He installed a custom tower in my drive.

Max Machine makes much better steel tower than the pressed in one used in the Mercury XR. They were doing this before Mercury.
