A lot of you already know much of this stuff ... it's just an overview.

Despite what's been posted elsewhere, an official decision is still pending. Mr. Carbonell has reportedly promised one by the end of the year. There are no definite answers yet.

My educated guess is that a decision and announcement will come sooner.
