Cougar is from the UK, They Opened a Shop on 188th st in 1979/80. They Built some Aluminum Race Boats there ( Actually the 46' Version of this boat your looking at) after it being sucessful they built a fiberglass version of it in the UK, Shipped one here, about this time they where selling the building to Tony Roberts, When they didn't have there stuff out by a certain day he claimed any boats left and made molds from them.
