Hi Guys -
My Bravo is stuck in the up position . . the pump sounds when trying to move it down ( or further up ) but nothing happens
All plugs to the pump motor are on tightly / correctly too.
Any ideas ?
Thanks in advance for your response

Does the pump sound normal?? Did you check to see if it is supplying pressure (remove one of the hoses on the trim cylinders and cycle the pump and see if fluid comes out). Stupid question, but is there fluid in the reseviour??

Have someone stand on the drive as you hit the "down" switch. If it is still stubborn then have the friend jump up and down(be careful!!!!!) on it while your on the " down" switch.
If it goes down finally then be sure to run it up and down a few times to move all the fluid around and lubricate everything.
If it still won't go down then may be a bad trim cylinder.
This happens sometimes if the boat has been sitting for a while.
Good luck, ERic

10 oz. is quite a bit. You may have air in the system. Get it to cycle as suggested and run it up and down a few times and the air will blead itself out. Been there, done that.
