Default filling holes

what is the best way to fill holes for screws and bolts in transom no hole is bigger than 3/8 inches

Drill hole and resin in dowel rod then glass and hell coat from there. Get the good dowel wood not pine etc.etc. we have had to do this to pass a boat on a survey where the trim tabs where.

Grind the hole into a small crater,fill the hole with small piece of ROUND glass and resin past the original surface,then block it down, THIS IS ALL DONE AFTER THE DOWL HAS BEEN RESINED IN.ONCE FINISHED YOULL NEVER KNOW THE HOLE WAS THERE
