I am looking at a 223 ls how hard do they run with a 525 hp in them

454/330 bravo is a 60 mph boat, they get squirrely in the mid 60's, I to have seen that boat, looks clean for the money

Well with the speed limit on the St Johns' River stock would be too much. LOL

I had a 500hp 509 in my 242 with a bravo swap and it would run anywhere between 68-72 on GPS with a 21 mirage plus. I never got the boat dialed in with a the labbed 23 that I picked up, (would have been then perfect prop for my set up,) before I took the motor out and sold the boat. Would have picked up a few mph but never tried it out from what I can remember, its been a few years now.
