1988 240 sport for sale minus motor. This is the exact same hull as the mid 90's outlaw. Interior was redone a few years ago, and has gaffrig gauges. Has in good condition black cockpit cover doesn't leak. Has big Bennett trim tabs with Bennett trim tab indicator (have never used the indicators, so not sure if it works or is even hooked up). Has newer transom assembly, and has bravo 1 with 23p mirage prop (prop needs cleaned up). The skeg on the drive was obviously replaced prior to me owning it, the weld could be better, and also it looks that it's a little bent. However the drive is tight. Teak platform, doesn't have ladder. Radio is in boat, it is disconnected cause I planned to relocate the radio in a better spot. Right above the bow hook there is a little repair where the owner prior to me damaged it loading it on the trailer on the winch roller. It is repaired but not a great looking repair, more of a patch. The door to the cuddy needs the runner for the top, it is there and runs on the bottom runner, but top is loose. The bilge could use a rough sand, painted, and clean up the wiring. The engine hatch could use the newer style hinge system and the lift actuator relocated towards the center like the newer ones, the setup they came with was a flawed setup. I wanted to outline the things I thought were wrong or needed attention with the boat. However all if these are small things to fix and anyone with any kind of ability can accomplish these things easily with little investment. I had planned to do al of these things over the winter but ended up buying a new boat. Boat did 65mph GPS at 4800-4900 and cruised at 43-45mph GPS at 3200-3400 with a 454 that had a cam, imco powerflo exhaust, air gap intake, and Holley 850 carb. Approximately 400-420hp. Boat looks good, and with the things I outlined straightened out would look great. Boat comes on a roller trailer with electric winch, has good tires, and good bearings. Has surge breaks that operate as they should. Shouldn't have any issues with inspection. Looking for $4,900. I have some motor accessories that I can sell as well if needed. I used to own that boat. I did a lot of the updating. Dash, interior, trim tabs and indicators, had a nice radio in it back then, Eddie marine 4" long straight cut tips, cockpit cover is vinyl instead of canvas.....never ever leaks!!!

Had a 496 stroker in it. It was a really good handling boat!!

Thats awesome man, and yes the boat handles great, I just went with a newer version a 1992 24ft outlaw. I picked it up without motor which is why this one is being sold without motor lol...

Yup, damn man would have been awesome if we could have caught up, i keep the boat at Hacks Point so makes sense you saw me on the bohemia lol. Boat treated me very well.
