I have launched a 33' HydraSport there in every tide without issue. At extreme low your rear tires will be on algae that grows on the ramp, but if you have a 4x4 it's a non-issue. I have also launched my 30 Velocity there without issue, just less often as its now on a lift in Sarasota.
As far as Ramps go its actually one of the easiest to use. Never had my triple axle fall off the edge either. Wiggins Pass is a nice big ramp, but too short. Had to help manually lift a single axle trailer for a guy after it went off the end of the ramp there at low tide.

Here are the tides for north end Naples Bay for Saturday, Tom, I expect you will be fine from early to mid afternoon. Good luck.

Great thank you. I just purchased a 35 cigarette from a guy that keeps it a Naples harbor in a rack. I'm going to try and have them load it on the trailer for me but if they cant I'm going to try and find the 9th St ramp. Ill run the boat over and have my wife drive the truck and trailer around. I hope! From what I looked at on Goggle earth it looks like it wright down past tin city by water.
