Are you "wanting" to build your own or would you buy some if they fit your needs? Randy

Had Two side by side aluminium ones on the Cobra...bolted em together, used it as a mold and made one big one. Much lighter, less hassle.

I did my hatch on the budget using 7 ply marine plywood ,painting it with PPG. Single hatch though. Boat used to have superchargers before so built the hatch with scoops in case I go back to superchargers. Now just two N/A Mercs under the hatch. The scoops sure help keeping under hatch temperatures down.

Ps; What I did with the two lifting rings you see on the hatch, when I raise the hatch to maximum I can pull the pin and switch ram to the rear that allows the hatch to go straight up for maximum access to grease couplings and do other service etc.....
